Rules and Regulations for Events

PAPER PRESENTATION

 The topics for paper presentation are as follows, but not limited to the below mentioned:

  • Nanotechnology Shaping the Future
  • Cloud Computing Technology
  • Ethical Hacking
  • Artificial Intelligence
  • Machine Learning
  • Any IT Related topic

 Rules for Paper Presentation:

  • Maximum of two students per team.
  • Participants should send their presentation to the email id esasc.csevents@gmail.com on before 16-10-2023.
  • Registered team should submit the PPT soft copy in PEN DRIVE to the registration team at 9.30a.m.
  • Judges decision will be final.
  • The presentation should last a maximum of 5 minutes.
  • Other innovative topics are also welcome.

 TECHNICAL QUIZ:

  • Maximum of two students per team.
  • Three rounds will be conducted.
  • Instruction will be provided on spot.

CODE-O-FIESTA (Debugging)

  • Maximum One participants per team.
  • There are Three Rounds:
    • Round1: Preliminary test- Multiple choice Questions (Based on C, C++, Java and Python).
    • Round2: Error finding round ( C programs )
    • Round3: Write a program for required problem statement
  • Five teams will be selected for final round.

 

Web Development:

·         Maximum one participant per team.

·         Participant able to design a web page with attractive

·         Topics for web development:

o   College website

o   Online shopping

o   Portfolio

 

Meme Maker

·         Maximum of one participant per team

·         No negative or harassment contents

·         No Fake NEWS.

·         Adult and hatred contents are disqualified and won’t receive any certificate.

  • A participant can submit only one MEME.
  • We will judge the submissions especially by originality and overall humor.
  • Meme Photo should be in .jpg or .jpeg format with file size should not exceed 5 MB.

·         Participants have to submit the meme prior to the event via online form provided.

·         Topic for Meme

o   Society memes

o   College life memes

o   Foodie memes

 

Group Dance

  • Any dance form is accepted, the dance has to adhere to the theme assumed by the team. 
  • Minimum 4 maximum 8 participants. 
  • Vulgarity of any kind with respect to dance moves, costumes etc. will lead to disqualification. 
  • The music should be provided in a Pen Drive prior to the event. 
  • Time allotted 5+1 minute. 
  • No use of fire / smoke on stage.
  • The dance depict 5 emotions & 3 properties. 
  • The dance should not end with a negative emotion

 

Solo Dance

  • Any dance form is accepted, the dance has to adhere to the theme. 
  • Only one participant is allowed 
  • Vulgarity of any kind with respect to dance moves, costumes etc. will lead to disqualification. 
  • The music should be provided in a Pen Drive prior to the event. 
  • Time allotted 4+1 minute. 
  • No use of fire / smoke on stage.
  • The dance should not end with a negative emotion
